In the most recent one, we describe the entire production and manufacturing process of our magnificent display stands.

In this final post, we will show you how we ensure that the final product reaches the customer in perfect condition and how we provide support after delivery, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

1. DELIVERY: SAFE AND EFFICIENT TRANSPORT

Once the display stands have passed the rigorous final quality control at our facilities, the delivery phase begins. This step is just as important as the manufacturing process, as it ensures that the final product reaches its destination in perfect condition, ready to be used at the point of sale.

Packaging and preparation

Each display stand is carefully packed using high-quality materials to protect it during transport. Depending on the type of display stand and the client's preferences, packaging may include reinforced boxes, cushioning padding and specific protective elements to prevent damage during transport. In the case of disassembled displays, a detailed assembly guide is included, making it easier to assemble them at the final destination.

Logistics and shipping

In addition to our own fleet of vehicles, we work with reliable transport companies that share our commitment to quality. We coordinate logistics so that delivery deadlines are rigorously met, whether the destination is national or international. We make sure to maintain constant communication with the client to inform them about the status of the shipment and ensure that they are prepared to receive it.



2. AFTER-SALES: ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
